Yes, all of Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare products are 100% vegan and cruelty free. Rosalyn Mitchell does not test on any animals. We use high grade ingredients: botanical extracts, herbs, and fruit extracts. We do not pay our manufacturing company to conduct tests on animals. 

Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare accepts all forms of payment; debit card and credit card, Apple Pay, Paypal, Mastercard, Amazonpay. 

Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare ships in the USA and Canada. We offer international shipping to the following countries: Japan, & Australia.

Due to customs regulations and restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey

All orders placed in the USA will be processed in 1-5 business days. Once the order is processed you will receive a shipping and tracking number. Standard shipping method, orders will take up to 10 business days to arrive.

International orders will take 7-14 business days to arrive; payment of duties and taxes may be required.

We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.

Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50, before tax and after discount.

**We primarily ship through USPS and UPS.

Orders to Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, PO box, APO/FPO are shipped using USPS.

**International orders will use priority shipping and express shipping. We do not use first class international shipping.

International orders (outside the US) placed through Rosalynmitchellskincare.com are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.

We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range between 20-50% of the total cost of goods. If duties occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare is not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays.

If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable

All sales are final once purchased. If the product in the bottle/jar has not been opened and used you will be eligible for a return. Please place item safely back into the original packaging (if possible) and return to the shipping address. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment.

Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.

**Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.

Once a returned package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.

Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare is not responsible for returned packages that were sent to the provided address. If your package is returned there be an additional charge for reshipment.

If you received your product damaged please contact rosalynmitchellskin@outlook.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided that are reported within 24 hours of order delivery. Due to the nature of our products we can NOT accept returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE PURCHASED.

Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare is not responsible for the following: weather delays, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, carrier’s package delivery discretion, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer on the original online order.
