Shipping Policy

Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare ships in the USA and Canada.

***We offer international shipping.***

Due to customs regulations and restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey.

All orders placed in the USA will be processed in 1-5 business days. Once the order is processed you will receive a shipping and tracking number. Standard shipping method, orders will take up to 10 business days to arrive.

International orders will take 7-14 business days to arrive; payment of duties and taxes may be required.

We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system

Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50, before tax and after discount

**We primarily ship through USPS and UPS

Orders to Hawaii, and Virgin Islands, PO box, APO/FPO are shipped using USPS.

**Free shipping to International orders over $75.00.

International orders (outside the US) placed through Rosalynmitchellskincare.com are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.

We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range between 20-50% of the total cost of goods. If duties occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare is not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays.

If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.
