Refund Policy

All sales are final once purchased. If the product in the bottle/jar has not been opened and used you will be eligible for a return/refund. Please place item safely back into the original packaging (if possible) and return to the shipping address. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment.

Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.

**Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Rosalyn Mitchell Skincare does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.

Once a returned package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.
